We are a webshop, located in the Netherlands, and specialized in selling (wooden) toys online. We started in 2010 and meanwhile we sell all over the world.

Plustoys is the specialist in sustainable, affordable, niche and classic toys. Plustoys is also part of parent company Altena-Web.nl.


Shipping

We ship our products almost worldwide from our warehouse in The Netherlands. Most of our products are in stock, and will be shipped the next work day. But if you get a message that the product is not in stock, please contact us for the correct delivery time. We ship our products with FedEx or PostNL, depending on the country.
Normally all our orders will be delivered within 4-7 business days after ordering.

Returns

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days after the delivery of the product. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Please contact us if the product is damaged after receiving it. Then we will provide you with the right support.
