We are a webshop, located in the Netherlands, and specialized in selling (wooden) toys online. We started in 2010 and meanwhile we sell all over the world. Our Name? Plustoys.

Shipping

We ship our products almost worldwide from our warehouse in The Netherlands. Most of our products are in stock, and will be shipped the next work day. We ship our products with FedEx or GLS, depending on the country. Normally all our orders will be delivered within 2-7 business days after ordering.

Returns

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days after the delivery of the product.
The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement or bank account.

Please contact us if the product is damaged after receiving it. Then we will provide you with the right support.

Our returns are not free. The price is based on your country. However, we offer a return service, where the prices are much lower than if you send it back yourself.
