Schleich 14844 Anteater

The anteater of the Schleich® WILD LIFE themed world lives in the savannas and grasslands of Central and South America. The mammal mainly feeds on ants and termites. To remove it from their nest, the anteater drills its long snout into the nest and sticks its two feet long, sticky tongue inside. The insects then stick to his tongue. Anteaters also have a bushy tail, which looks bigger than it actually is because of the long hairs.
